While great care is taken that prices are correct at the time you place your order we reserve the right to change / amend prices in exceptional circumstances. Occasionly prices change as products are delivered to us at amended prices over which we have no control. We are also only human and occasionally prices are published that are incorrect. If this occurs you can cancel your order and we will offer a full refund.We offer US Dollar prices and Euro prices as a guide only. All items will be charged in UK pounds at the current exchange rate. This can vary slightly from the actually USD or EURO price quoted as our website is only updated daily and is not dynamically linked to the exact exchange rate.
All online orders reserve stock at the time you place you order. However occasionally we may find that an item is damaged or unavailable for sale. In these circumstances we will contact you to discuss if you want to wait for new stock or replace this item with something else. We accept no responsibility for items being unavailable for shipping and for delayed orders.

No payments are taken from your credit card until we have confirmed that stock is available to ship. We will not take payment for forward orders. Orders will not be despatched until payment is made in full. If you pay by cheque your order will not be despatched until your cheque has cleared
If when you receive your order you find an item supplied by us is faulty or parts are missing please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will endeavour to source replacment parts from the manuafucter as soon as possible. However this make take upto 60 days.If we cannot source a replacement then a refund will be offered including reasonable postage costs.
We reserve the right to change our delivery service and charges at any time. Charges for orders already placed will be honoured. If you wish to return an item that is in sound condition then no postage charges will be refunded as the goods were supplied as stated and a 5% fee will be deducted from the cost of the goods to cover handling & packing costs.
These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
